1 ) RATES

​

BE MEMBER Your membership valid for one year is up to date. The membership card is given on site during the concerts. It is to be presented at the entrance of all concerts, including during the annual Jazz En Ville festival (Jazz In Town festival).​

​

The annual membership allows you to attend all concerts in the Season Jazz Concert program.

​

Our membership forms are :

​

  • The Benefactor offer €60 you have access to the concerts of the Jazz Concert Season + 2 free places reserved with the Member's name. Book a Guest ticket - free place, for guests and concerts of your choice Jazz Concert Season (excluding Festival).

​

  • The support offer €50 gives you access to Jazz Concert Season concerts + 1 free place reserved with the Member's name. Book a Guest ticket - free place, for guest and concert of your Jazz Concert Season choice (excluding Festival).

​

Free concerts during the Jazz Concert season (outside the Festival) are offered to those under 18 years of age accompanied (Member or non-Member parents). Remember to bring your ID for the concert.​

​

IF YOU ARE NOT MEMBER We will ask you for support participation under the following conditions :

​

  • Adults : €9,50 support voucher per concert for The Season Jazz Concert (excluding Festival)

2 ) PAYMENT

 

The payment of memberships and tickets is made at our partner STRIPE, by bank card, via a secure transaction in euros. The information provided by the customer to the seizure of his bank details is subject to secure encryption and secure storage to protect as efficiently as possible all of his sensitive personal banking data.

 

The title of the transaction on the bank statement is Jazz Au Confluent.

 

You receive a confirmation of payment (bill) immediately, at the email address you provided when entering the online booking form.

3 ) OBTAINING AND USING TICKETS

 

Online sales are closed at the start of the concert listed on our website on the lineup. 

​

In the event of heavy traffic, we may not have any seats available for sale online. In such a case, this information is indicated on the programming page of the site.

​

Your tickets will be delivered to you immediately after the bank transaction has been validated, on the email box provided at the time of booking. Check your spam emails if you think you haven't received them.

 

You can present a printed version when you arrive, or the digital version (PDF format) on your smartphone.

​

We do not send a ticket by mail.

​

They are nominative as long as they have been purchased online on our website.

 

The identity on the ticket is the one you entered during the order. This means that if you buy multiple bundled tickets (in one payment), they will all be in the name carried on the online order form.

​

If you want to customize each ticket with the name of each viewer, you must make the payment of each of the desired tickets.

​

Tickets are not refundable or redeemable. It is necessary to check the information appearing there, price, date, time, place, etc., in order to avoid any complaint after the shows.

 

4 ) ACCESS TO THE PREMISES

 

Security checks may take place prior to access to the theatres. Baggage and bulky items may be refused.

 

Our concerts start on time.

 

5 ) CANCELLATION OR PROGRAMMING CHANGE

​

If we cancel a concert the tickets are refunded or exchanged to attend another concert.

​

Reimbursement is made on presentation of the ticket within a period of one month from the date of the concert concerned by the cancellation. Beyond this period, except in exceptional circumstances, reimbursement cannot be made.

 

During the annual Jazz En Ville Festival, we may have to change our programming very exceptionally. Refund or exchange is then not possible. Spectators who have booked whose email address we have are quickly informed of this change in programming.

If a concert is interrupted after the first half of the show, tickets are not refunded or exchanged.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE SEATS AT THE ENTRANCE ?

  • In order to be sure to have your place - they are limited - we advise you to book online.

​​

  • However, it is possible to make a reservation request using the site contact form, or by email jazzauconfluent@gmail.com. The payment, established at the order of Jazz Au Confluent, is given at the entrance of the concert in exchange for exchange of the ticket
